New image of Jaden Smith in After Earth
A glut of on-set images have recently emerged from the Costa Rican shoot of M Night Shyamalan’s After Earth, but up until now, they’ve mainly featured Will Smith and son Jaden lounging about in their civvies.
However, a new image has now been released featuring Jaden Smith in his full costume, and it’s starting to give us some idea of the kind of visual aesthetic we can expect from the film…

Whitney Houston was my ultimate favorite music artist growing up. Her self titled album, Whitney, was my all time favorite album when I was child. My favorite song off that album was I Wanna Dance with Somebody. I used to ask my dad to play that song all the time on his record player. I still have my Whitney Houston picture autograph she signed for me personally from when I was child along with a Whitney Houston hat she gave me. She had given me a Whitney Houston t-shirt too, but it got worn out. Her unexpected death hit me hard as I’m sure it did the rest of her fans. Whitney will continue to be a pop and r&b legend and an inspiration to many who adored her beautiful voice and talent. My heart goes out to her family. She will be missed by all of us and her music shall live on forever. We will always love you. RIP Whitney Houston (1963-2012).
Naomi Watts to play Princess Diana in Caught In Flight
Despite Jessica Chastain originally being linked to the role, Naomi Watts has been officially cast as Princess Diana in Caught In Flight…
New release date for The Wolverine
Given the off-again on-again nature of X-Men Origins sequel The Wolverine, we’d almost given up on seeing Hugh Jackman don the claws again for another big screen outing…

Last night I saw Mark Harmon on Jay Leno and everytime I see him the movie Summer School comes to mind. I used to watch that movie all the time when I was a kid. The 80’s had some pretty dope movies during that time and Summer School was one of them. Just like clueless was a classic teenager movie of the 90’s, Summer School was a classic teenager movie of the 80s. Even though I was in elementary back then, it still was one of my favorite classic teenager movies.

Okay so now everyone knows I’m a Xena Fanatic. But few know that I’m a Mortal Kombat fanatic as well. I got hooked on that game when I was in second grade….yes…second grade when the Sega consul was introduced. WOW! I’m really showing my age, huh? Nevertheless, I’m still a kid at heart and like to reminisce over cool stuff I had or engaged in as child. Back then, and still today, my favorite characters were Scorpio and Kitana. I liked scorpio because for one, my horoscope is scorpio and second, i like when he said, “Get over here!” which I would often imitated and my friends loved it when I did that. Kitana struck my fancy because she was a pretty princess and I liked her backstory. But most importantly she had the fans I liked fighting with. Like Xena’s chakrams, I hope to someday have razor sharp fans professionally made to add to my collection.

My favorite villain in Xena the Warrior Princess was, ofcourse, Callisto. The troubled woman who made it her lifes work to get revenge on Xena for killing her family when she was a child. Back in those days Xena was a rutheless warrior. But Xena has, since then, changed her ways and fights for the good instead of the bad.
It’s nice to go down memory lane every once and a while to talk about my favorite shows.
Hopefully I’ll get to one day go to the Xena convention to meet the cast and collect memorabilia. That would be sweet!!!
